Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fluffs.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used or washed
• Gift cards
